We spend a great deal of time training and retraining our employees on the importance of sea cucumber handling through to packaging and freezing.  Logistics play a key roll and planning for the shipment from packing into containers and delivery to the port, our team monitors each shipment to ensure the high level of quality.

Our premium location is in the largest seafood harvesting areas in Canada, and is home to some of the best seafood in the world.

The fish and seafood sectors are among the largest food sectors exported by Canada.
